I called Quinn about 2:30 and explained the situation. We had no idea where the water was coming from. He said he would be to us by 5:00, and he was. After assessing the situation, it was discovered a hose had blown behind the shower. It was not easy access and took some time, but Quinn fixed it. (The manufacturer had actually failed at putting the connection together properly.) It is fixed correctly now. We were thankful for the quick response . Quinn wore a mask the entire time, was polite, and very professional. We would recommend Quinn and would definitely call him again.”
